Purchases and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We offer payment via bank transfer, cash on delivery, or pickup at our Medan location. We do not process credit card payments through the website. If you place an order for popular products for men on our site, we will confirm payment instructions by email or phone before any shipment or pickup is arranged.
Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. An order may be declined if items are out of stock, if delivery information is incomplete, or if a payment reference cannot be verified through our standard confirmation process. When an order is refused, we will notify you and no payment will be collected.
For pickup orders at our Medan office, please wait for a confirmation call before visiting. Bring a valid form of identification and your order reference. Pickup hours follow our standard working schedule: Monday through Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
